SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Hive Nutrition, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to you promptly and  effectively. Our shipping policy details are as follows:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

  3. Shipping Restrictions: We are currently shipping to addresses within South Africa only. We regret to inform that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Upon shipping your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

REFUND POLICY

   We take immense pride in the quality of our products at Hive Nutrition. However, if for    any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

  1. Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email customer service at info@hivenutrition.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an RMA number is received, securely repackage the item in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address we provide.

  3. Refunds: We will process your return upon receiving it and conducting an inspection of the item's condition. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of your item for us to process your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.

  4. Exceptions: Please contact us at our customer service email if you have received defective or damaged products to arrange a refund or exchange.

  5. Non-returnable items: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for supplements that have been opened or used.
